inactive/deactivated prepaid customers! Under this campaign, All GP
pre-paid (Shohoj, Bondhu, Aapon, Amontron, Smile, Spondon, Business
Solutions (1,2,3, Shofol), Ekota (1,2), Nishchinto, VP prepaid, GPPP
Pre-Paid, djuice, Prepaid Internet SIM) customers who have not been
using their connections since December 24, 2013 or before can recharge
TK 11 (exact) and enjoy -
- 11 Taka for GP-GP Voice (24 hours) calls with 2 days validity (including the recharge day)
- 11 MB data - 2 days validity
- 22 GP-GP SMS – 2 days validity
- 11 taka in Main Account (Any Purpose)
- 1GB (3G_512 kbps) data at Taka 150 (excluding 15% VAT) only for 30 days; max 10 times in 3 months
- To check eligibility, customer needs to send SMS to 9999 writing CHECK
- Voice bonus amount will be given as many times as the recharge of exact 11TK is made while the campaign runs.
- Validity of the all bonuses will be 2 days (Including the Bonus Disbursement day)
- Customers will be able to use this bonus for GP-GP calls (24 hours)
- Regular Product pulse and tariff will be applicable for the usage of bonus amount (except 60 paisa or below call rate).
- Balance and validity check for on-net voice bonus amount: *566*8# (Free) and On-Net SMS is *566*2# (Free) (GPPP and VP customers will be able to chcek on-net SMS at *566*3#)
- Myzone discounts will not be applicable for the bonus amount usage.
- To check remaining Internet volume and validity customer needs to dial *566*10# (Free)
- To stop this Internet offer customer needs to send SMS STOP to 5000 (FREE).
- All other tariffs, pulse, Services etc remains as is as per product and features
- For any volume based internet subscriber, 11 MB data will be added with existing volume; for non internet users customers need to activate ”New Pay As You Go” pack (by dialing *500*0/#) to use 11 MB bonus data
- 15% VAT applicable
- During the campaign period, the eligible prepaid customers will enjoy 1GB (3G_512 kbps) data at Taka 150 (excluding 15% VAT) only for 30 days; max 10 times in 3 months
- Customers need to SMS 1GB to 9999 port to avail the 1GB 3G data offer (SMS charge is free)
- After expiration of validity, internet will be deactivated
- If a customer activates the 1GB offer on top of any volume based 2G/3G pack, 1 GB data volume will be added with the remaining volume
- Customers will be able to enjoy maximum 3G_512 kbps speed only with 3G enable handset and under 3G coverage area
- To check remaining 3G data volume, dial *500*60# and to know the amount of used up volume dial *500*61#
- Existing 2G/3G heavy browsing pack/smart plan users are not eligible for the offer untill they opt out from their current pack
- After expiration of 1GB data, customers will be charged at Tk 0.01/10 KB
